Our chlorinated paraffin wax (CPW) is manufactured by the chlorination of C 9 to C 22 H2n+2 straight chain hydrocarbons. We take stringent quality control measures when using sophisticated equipment like Lovibond Nessleriser, Karl Fisher apparatus, Abbe refractometer, brook field viscometer & gas liquid chromatographer, flow rotameter and other state of the art equipments. The CPW is used in PVC and ethyl cellulose industries as a secondary plasticizer in the manufacturing of shoe soles, suction hosepipes, tubing, cable wires, and carpets. Our hydrochloric acid is produced during the chlorination of paraffin oil. We have developed a special purification process through continuous settling by cascading method and by top skimming to reduce the oil content in the acid to ppm levels. The hydrochloric acid therefore finds use in power plants & synthetic chlorides used in food and in other specific uses. Parallelly, the acid is free from chlorides and sulphates or other heavy metals since the same is synthetically produced in a much better way than from the one produced from the electrolysis of salt. We offer sodium hypochlorite which is produced from the sniff chlorine gases coming out of the process. It nullifies the environmental waste and adding value to the product portfolio. The process goes through specially designed glass heat exchangers, polymer ducts and high-powered chillers to impart heat stability & greater absorbability to the product.
