The company is divided into four parts, which are research department, production department, processing department and sales department, the datails of those names are Beijing Kingbo no-polluted pesticide research center, the Inner Mongolia Kingbo biological technology co.,LTD. (production base), Beijing processing enterprises and Beijing Kingbo marketing center, respectively.
As high-tech enterprises in Beijing's zhongguancun, there are company's rich human resources and strong research and development strength. The senior management in company all have doctor or master degree in pesticides and plant protection profession, and more than ten years work experience; University bachelor degree or above accounted for more than 90% of employees.
