The headquarter of Cangzhou Xinchang Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Cangzhou city of Heibei Province which has high reputation of martial art culture. It was founded originally in 1995 named Cangzhou Additives Factory of SINOPEC and reformed in 2004. 

After twenty years of constant pursuit and ten years of continuously development, the heroic feelings of staff in Xinchang are brought together!

Xinchang has become the largest and comprehensive petrochemical additive production industry based in north part of China. The company has reached the strategic cooperation of product research, development and technical upgrading with many scientific research institutions along with higher education institutions. Currently, the company possesses more than 30 types of products in 6 different series, including petroleum adjuvant, refinery processes additives, coating products, water treatment agent, iron and steel adjuvants and chemical cleaning agent. Xinchang Company also has four national invention patents, which are non-silicon efficient antifoaming agents, chlorine transfer agent for crude oil ,multipurpose improving agent for catalytic cracking unit,and improving agent for delayed coking unit .
