Lubrika 101 is a very effective water-based punch and die lubricant especially formulated for hot forging ferrous metals on presses. It provides good performance even at temperatures above 400 grades centigrade. The graphite, its main active ingredient, has a very high carbon content, low ash, microscopic particle size and hexagonal & plain geometry thus permitting a very homogeneous film formation over dies & punches. It combines effective die filling as well as excellent wetting at various forging temperatures. Rollfor W is a mandrel lubricant specially developed to withstand the extreme operative conditions suffered by the mandrels used in continuous rolling of seamless steel pipes. Its strong adhesion to the mandrel surface makes Rollfor W very suitable for those rolling operations where it is necessary to lubricate the mandrels before cooling by water. Specific advantages offered by Rollfor W include excellent lubricity, decreases rolling forces, increased mandrel life, environmentally friendly, uniform wetting of mandrels, non-corrosive, non-flammable and can be easily applied.
