The predecessor of company is from  Hengyang ASUS Industrial Co., ltd. Hengyang ASUS Industrial Co., ltd tookover Hunan sun plant resources co., in 2007.Using its name,workplace, infrastructure to develope a  production, management, scientific research’s enterprise.

We have 125 staffs, including a doctoral tutor,one professor, senior engineer, three senior engineers, 5 engineers, 3 national registered safety engineer; with 10400000 CNY of registered capital, 25000000 CNY fixed assets; the total assets is 58000000 CNY. In 2012, achieved operation revenue of 125000000 CNY.

The company has won the national invention patents, with independent intellectual property rights of the "new technology"carbon monoxide synthesis Sodium formate in synthetic ammonia feed gas and "recycle 2,2-Dimethyl-1,3-propanediol form 2,2-Dimethyl-1,3-propanediol Sodium formate method " two invention patents. it was identified as "high-tech enterprises by Hunan province"in 2002.

Our company mainly produces 1,2,4-1H-Triazole, 1,2,4-1H-Triazole sodium salt, formic acid, methanal,2,2-Dimethyl-1,3-propanediol. Formic acid design capacity of 10000 tons;  1,2,4-1H-Triazole design capacity of 6000 tons;1,2,4-1H-Triazole sodium formal design capacity of 1500 tons; Methanal design capacity of 50000 tons / year; 2,2-Dimethyl-1,3-propanediol design capacity of 1000 tons.The company has a history of nearly 20 years in production and development of chemical products, has accumulated a wealth of experience, has a unique production process and formulation process, the production technology is mature, advanced technology, product quality, stable and reliable performance, good reputation in the market, share. The leading product of three azole in the domestic market share of more than 70%.
