Introduce

Profile: Agrisent USA is a distributor of specialty products for the horticulture, agriculture, chemical, petrochemical, animal feed, aquaculture and industrial industries. Our products include torula yeast, choline chloride, fish feed, vermiculite, guar gum, insect traps, spill kits and absorbents. Horticultural perlite is produced by heating a crushed siliceous volcanic rock in special furnaces. Heat causes the crude rock to expand from 4 to 20 times of its original size. Vermiculite is the name given to a group of naturally occurring hydrated laminar minerals similar to mica. When processed in special furnaces, the mineral exfoliates into the accordion-like layered particles familiar to many as a part of soil-less growing mixes. The processed product is sterile, permanent, odorless and non-toxic. It has the highly desirable characteristic of being lightweight and the capability of moisture & nutrient retention. Our vermiculite ores are used for insulation, animal feed additives, paint textures, horticultural aggregates, industrial and construction use. Our Strong-Lite vermiculite is a naturally occurring inert material. It is heat expanded, non-toxic, non-flammable, does not emit fumes/odors and does not attract vermin. It provides thermal insulation for walls, attics and high temperature industrial applications. Our vermiculite is screened especially for masonry insulation. This grading and screening significantly reduces leakage & spillage around plumbing & electrical outlets.
